Ocean Basket Plumstead you rock

A big thank you for the exceptional Manager and staff at Plumstead that worked the afternoon on Mother's Day 8 May 2022. When we arrived at your Plumstead Branch we were completely livid from the service we received at your Blue Route branch. We were refused point blank entrance to your restaurant at Blue Route as the Manager explained they only opened for 2 days and is under staff and our best bet would be to go to Plumstead as they are not busy. Arriving at your Plumstead branch we were faced with another long queue...Your Manager who's name I didn't get took the time to explain to each and everyone the current situation that he and his team was faced with, this is the complete opposite of the service we received at Blue Route, we had to call the Manager and ask what is happening as a table was placed infront of your restaurant entrance, also a long queue, but no one took the time to come and explain what was happening.

At Plumstead the Manager had to endure all the comments and punches that was direct his way, as many of us drove from Blue Route to Plumstead. Sitting down I observed how he and his team worked like steam trains to see to eac and every customers needs. They were faced with such a heavy workload, but still served you with a smile, even the waitress we had was super amazing, thank you! I felt bad as I was also one of the customers that gave your Manager a difficult time, but when we left I thanked him for the service we received. Thank you for making Mother's day special for my mom, daughter and myself, you have a phenomenal Manager and team working at your Plumstead Branch.
