Ocean Basket please review your business

I would like to express my disappointment on the quality of food, portions and staff service of this establishment. Their food is quite expensive, for those small portions. Initially I thought that the problem was with one particular franchise, I then decided to visit other franchises (Eastgate, Fourways, Southgate, Monte Casino) but to my shock...same thing. Ocean Basket used to be my favorite restaurant but things have changed drastically; for the worst in the past few years.

I am really disappointed.
