Ocean Basket Pavillion-Bad service, cold food, spoilt mother's day lunch

We had taken our mother to Ocean basket Pavillion for a late Mother's Day lunch but to much disappointment we left there without even eating our meal. Our waitress "Andile" was most absent. she had not given us servettes,she had even forgotten to give me a straw. I had to wait a short while before getting her attention to ask for a straw. Then she brought our sushi. When we were done, without removing the used plates she brought our mains. Through all of this we were patient because we had considered that it was busy but when our mains arrived it was cold, Not warm, absolutely Cold. Upon questioning her she took it bak to the kitchen stating that she will warm it up... we had already waited quiet sometime before getting our meals and now we had to wait further. After a while she returned with the food STILL cold. My question is why did the food hav to be warmed in the first place... My mum was extremely upset and was completely irritated by this time and after looking at the lemon and chips looking old she refused to eat the food. The rest of the calamari,fish n prawn was covered in sauce but stil cold. we asked to see the manager and after a while the manager comes and offers to make our food again. The waitress did not even apologise or give reason as to why our food was cold or why her service was so bad. She just continued to attend to other tables as though we were never there.... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with the service. We had to then go follow a queue to eat at another restuarant because my family and i were so irritated at Ocean basket. Really spoilt our mood. The day before we had been to Ocean basket in Galleria and we received excellent service. The waiter was attentive and the food was delicious but to go to Ocean Basket Pavillion on Mothers day n recieve bad service n cold food was a complete disappointment and totally unacceptable. #Mothersdaylunchspoilt
