Ocean Basket only serves english customers

<p>I write this report in English as I am afraid that Ocean Basket management will not understand Afrikaans.On 15/06/2016 the family went to ocean basket JEFFREYSBAY.After being seated, I requested an afrikaans waiter to serve us,because on a previous occasion ,an english waiter served us and got the order wrong.The waiter said he cannot serve u in afrikaans.He called the manager TREVOR.I put my request to him and he confirmed that there is nobody who can serve us.His attitude was that"THEN WE CANT HELP YOU.He was apologetic at all."We then left and went to the opposition,CATCH OF THE DAY,across the road where I spent R750.Most of restaurants in jbay can serve one in afrikaans as this is commonly spoken in our town. I would like ocean basket to inform us what their language policy is towards afrikaans patrons so that we know in future to support them or not,as we have other options as well.</p>
