Ocean Basket at Neighbourhood Square The restaurant was almost empty whilst the adjoining ones were almost full. That should have been an indicator!! We were greeted and served by a disheveled waitress Two of us ordered fish with rice and found that the fish was not cooked through. Not a good experience and I doubt I will be dining there again soon. Cannot recommend it.
