Ocean Basket (Muizenberg branch)

Very disappointed in Ocean Basket Muizenberg branch. We had a staff lunch today, we were one of the first customers that arrived, the place was packed and service was overall poor. No communication from staff to say that they were going to be a bit long, we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our drinks and the food came 30 minutes after. Half of the table received food and half had to wait longer, staff did not make an effort to check-up on our table. The food was not up to standard and the glasses provided for our drinks were not cleaned properly. We had to fight with the staff to get our food and even our bill. The excuse given to us was the other customers pre ordered their food that's why they received their food before us and our waitress was just a trainee.

Overall just a terrible experience and would not recommend going to this branch.
