Ocean Basket Monte Casino worst food ever!

Took my girlfriend to celebrate something that night. Went for a stand up comedy show which was somewhat hilarious. Afterwards we walked around to work up an appetite. Many restaurants there so we decided whynot stay at Monte Casino and eat there. Chose Ocean Basket as we absolutely love the new menu. First the waitress did not allow us to sit outside in a more romantic atmosphere as it wasn't her section and she depended on a tip from us before we were even seated. We had the Salmon salad as starter and that was just the worst ever. We are very fond of this item, however the croutons were extremely chewy instead of crispy (Rs96 per plate). When we informed the waitress of this she laughed and clearly (pretended perhaps?) did not comprehend the situation. We asked to speak to the supervisor or manager. Now when he arrived he neither greeted nor apologized after having heard our complaint. This was the worst experience at Monte Casino and Ocean Basket for that matter. Bravo to the staff of Ocean Basket Monte Casino.
