Ocean basket menu waterfront

Ocean basket has a brilliant lunch special however I visited the Waterfront branch and wanted to have the special and were told its not for that branch however it's on the menu but we can't have it and we can go to sea point Ocean basket so if trying to understand why is it still on their menu?????
