Ocean Basket Mall@Carnival

I would like to thank Siba from Ocean Basket Mall@Carnival for the horrible service, called at 18:33 on the 14th Feb for an order to be placed for collection, got there at 19:20 and was told that the order wasn’t placed :-( 1st time experiencing this at that specific franchise. I even feel sorry for the people waiting in the que just to be seated, plenty of empty tables but no one at the front to assist. Terrible.
