Ocean Basket Mall of the South isn't worth it!

Absolutley bad! This is the second bad experience I am having here. It's so sad to see such a good franchise performing badly in certain areas and good in other areas. Ocean Basket @ Mall of the South gave us butter for the rolls that looked like it had been sc****d together and refolded in their packaging after having the waiter confirm they had no more butter. It took 53 min for our food to come (for two people) which had been burnt and tatseless. I've never had burnt prawns before but wow, what an experience! It felt like we were getting the s****s, it wasn't good at all. We left after that and we didn't finish our food and all the manager said was "Sorry". I don't know how sorry would have made my food less burnt but okay, I just wouldn't recommend going there.
