Ocean Basket low quality.

The quality of the service as well as the food is really lower grade. I had to send food back twice for it being cold tasteless and dry. What happened to the garlic butter sauce. Then the food came back burned and stuck to the pan. Eventually with the 3rd plate a hair was in the food I got up and left. After paying obviously because then they would make a scene. I have to mention that the starter rolls are so heavy from what we are used to. Southgate branch is an embarrassment to the Ocean Baskey restaurant group. Please also look into your waitresses slow service. They act like they doing you a favor and have a bad attitude when the manager who I appreciate spoke to them the backchat and talk disrespectful to her. Whoever the owner.
