Ocean Basket Liberty Mall

Hi, on Wednesday 12 June 2024, I attended a staff lunch at Ocean Basket Liberty Mall in Pietermaritzburg which was booked a weeks prior to the date. I had a very unpleasant experience as other staff members all 17 got their food earlier and my food arrived cold about half an hour later. When I enquired, I was told by the waitress that it's the problem from the kitchen staff. The restaurant was not bust with other patrons at the time. I am very dissatisfied with the service offered and the excuse from the waitress. They were well informed in advance about the booking and should have made proper arrangements to accommodate everyone almost together. It was not a good feeling watching everyone eat around my table whilst I waited a long time. Thank you
