Ocean Basket ****arney- Poor Service Delivery

I ordered a meal on the 31 October 2018 but I had to cancel my order after waiting for two hours, and when I follow up they just say the driver is on the way and i am working less then 4km from the restuarant. I am really disappointed because they did not bother to apologise when I cancelled my order instead I got an "Okay". One thing I know for sure is I would never recommend it to anyone!!
