Ocean Basket is a waste of money for below average food and terrible management with poor customer service

So it was a choice between Spur or Ocean basket sushi tonight at Mall of Africa, knowing full well its either about R100 for a big fulling meal at Spur or at least R200 for enough sushi at Ocean basket (which is expensive firstly but we do it from time to time to spoil ourselves). So we went and ordered two take away "for two platters" which cost us R450 for the two. we waited and waited and they told me two minutes, then ten minutes then said its being packed right now, 45 minutes later i decided to go in and find out what was going on. I walked up to a friendly waiter who asked what was wrong, when i explained the Manager was standing right there, the waiter looked at him and he waived me off with his hand and said what the hell must I do about it and said you can go check to the waiter and stormed past me to go stand at the entrance and do absolutely nothing like he had been all night.

I have to say i have never felt more unwelcome, and never been in a place where no one gives a damn about the customers including the Manager, having no one to turn to in a restaurant is the most unsettling feeling I have ever felt. When the food finally arrived it was on a thin plastic tray wrapped in cling wrap which created a nice sushi stew and then we were given 4 5ml sachets of some cheap ass soy sauce to share on our 56 pieces of ****py sushi.

I honetsly feel like going back and beating the manager and demanding my money back. i wish I had gone to Spur, but certainly wont make the wrong choice again.
