Ocean Basket in Knysna

Awful service at ocean basket in Knysna at the waterfront. We entered and stood there waiting to be seated while all the waiters just looked at us while doing their own thing. Eventually one came and assisted us. We then sat and waited 15 mins for her to return to take our order and after waiting another 45 mins for our order we decided we wanted to leave and my husband headed to the front to pay for our drinks and let them know we won’t be waiting any longer. The waiter said she will call the manager and when he got to our table he was extremely arrogant and said our wait is not that long considering how full the restaurant was, however when we arrived it was not full and only started to get busy after we sat down. He did not want us to leave and said he will go check on the food then came back 10mins later with our platter. The entire staff at that restaurant needs training in working in that type of environment and needs people s****s including the manager. It spoilt our whole trip to Knysna
