Ocean Basket horrible service

<p>My family and I visited OB gold reef city on ********** 6 and we put in an order which took about 1h30min or more to be served. Our waiter was Mandla. During the 1h30min that we waited, no one came to our table to check up on us. My sister had to stand up and ask our waiter how far our order was and he told her that he didn't really know what was going on in the kitchen as they were taking too long. He then refered her to the manager (George). The manager just apologised for the delay and offered us dessert. He never came to our table to apologise. The dirty starter plates and cutlery were left on the table from when we got to the restaurant until we left. It also looked like the restaurant was understaffed as when asking for something we had to wait for long. Even asking for the bill was a struggle and we also had to wait for long for that. I would not recommend OB Gold Reef City to anyone as they do not value their customers and the service offered is just horrible.</p>
