Ocean Basket Herm****

We were at Ovean Basket Herm****. My Partner swallowed a Hake bone. He was choking at the restaurant. I asked the waiter for a roll I asked what they do in these circumstances he said he doesn’t know and gave me a roll. No one came to ask if he was okay or if we needed help. We were at Herm**** Medi Clinic for 4 hours they couldn’t help him he had to return this morning to be booked into theatre as the bone is lodged in his throat. A bill which was quoted over 38 thousand rand. We decided to rather drive home to Cape Town and have it done at a hospital closer to home incase of complications. I’m so disappointed that there was absolutely no sympathy shown from anyone staff at the restaurant. They just gave us our bill smiling. To them we were just customers that ate and left and we were forgotten to us it’s a day later and the trauma rushing home to Cape Town this morning not knowing what is going to happen .
