Ocean Basket Hatfield

So I went to OB in Hatfield around 8 on Saturday night. The waiter greeted us and showed us to a table. Gave us menus and asked if we'd like to order or something to drink. We said we'd place our order once we decided and that we'd like two glasses of water with lemon and ice. We waited about 20 minutes before the waiter came around again to take our order. We placed our order, again asking for the water. After waiting several more minutes, we realised we still hadn't received baked bread with various condiments. We asked the waiter and he's response was he forgot. Never the less, the bread and water eventually came after some time. All in all, the service was terrible and we waited forever for our food. Given it was a Saturday evening, but every other table received their baked bread and condiments on arrival. While we had to wait quite some time. Will not be visiting Ocean Basket Hatfield anytime soon.
