Ocean Basket Hartenbos Seafront

Went for a meal at Ocean Basket Hartenbos on the 4th of February 2025. Our party of 4 were the only people in the Restaurant. From the moment we entered the service was non existant. Despite the fact that there were 2 Managers on duty, a male and female. When entering the female was sitting on her phone and didn’t even bother assisting us. After waiting more than an hour for our food I went to complain. When paying our bill the female Manager didn’t even bother apologising. I know my busines won’t be missed but personally I will avoid the Ocean Basket Hartenbos despite living in the vicinity.
