Ocean Basket Grey Owl serving raw mussels

Ordered a platter for 2, mussels top-up and prawns top-up via Mr D Food. All mussels were delivered raw. Phoned Mr D immediately and did not address my concerns. Drove to Ocean Basket Grey Owl with all the raw mussels and spoke with the Manager which agreed that the mussels were raw. She took my details and Mr D order number and said she would discuss it with the owner and get back to me, which did not happen. Again spoke with Mr D that credited only the mussels top-up, had to phone them again then only provided a coupon for another mussels top-up.
