Ocean Basket Gold Reef - Salad

I am very disappointed with the quality food and service received today. Being directed to a table, the table was dirty under with the pepper bottle been dropped and spilled before we came. My friend asked the waiter why would they sit us on a table like that.

During our stay waiting for orders, waiters came to fetch salt, soy sauce, sugar bowls. I eventually complained to the other waiter as we now needed all things that were removed. He brought us.

As the food arrived, we were baffled by the side salad. It had 150 cucumber slices, 4 chunks tomato, 4 olives, green pepper and a big square feta. A manager came to greet and we mentioned the salad presentation and the difficulty in eating it as everything was just big. All he said was 'that's the proper way of doing Greek salad. We tried explaining to him but he walked away and told us that is how it is.

We were not complaining about the contents but how it was presented which made it difficult to eat but he actually didn't care for our plea to get smaller cuts. He literally walked away. Does it mean I was unreasonable?

I feel the manager did not bother to assist with only 1, I didn't even bother mentioning other things as we resolved during the stay. But his response was really demeaning
