Ocean Basket Gold Reef City half a meal ,full disappointment.

I recently ordered five individual meals which included fish, chips and prawns from Ocean Basket located at Gold Reef City . However I was extremely disappointed to find that I received only half of a fish ( all five meals it looks like they shared the fish amongst the five individual meals) while paying the full price. Despite my efforts to address this with higher management, my complaint has simply been acknowledged for over two weeks now. This lack of response and poor service is unacceptable and has left me very dissatisfied.
