OCEAN BASKET GATEWAY - AMAZING!!!!!

I am extremely pleased to write this review. My fiance and i went to ocean basket on the 01/08/2021, at gateway mall, and we received extremely great service. My fiance was pretty hungry, so he ate the rolls on the table, when i requested for 2 more, they came in another basket with more butter as well. Our waitress, was a black female with long braids, and she was extremely kind , sweet & patient. She made our food hot again, as we took long to finish the soulmate platter, and they topped us up with more chips and rice, for no charge!! We sat at the restaurant for 2 hours, and they checked up on us multiple times. our waitress checked up on us 3 times, the manager checked up 2 times and the supervisor (im assuming). The bill was extremely cheap, considering that we pay R1000.00 for a meal for 2 people. The total was around R500 or so! Drinks included !! This was such a pleasant evening. i haven't seen my fiance in a month, so coming here to spend time and enjoy food was such a good experience. Also, whoever was in charge of the music, kudos to you, because my fiance loved the music. He sang every single song and even thought he connected to the bluetooth at one point!! Every single staff member deserves a thumbs up for making our experience as peaceful as possible. We regret not coming to ocean basket sooner!! Will visit soon!!
