ocean basket forest hill terrible

on the 05 AUG 2021, I ordered uber eats from ocean basket, I am terribly disappointed in the way the food was presented and tasted, the calamari was not even nicely done and half raw,the prawns where not even prepared the way it normally is, I had asked for rice and chips only to be given chips only, I have asked for lemon butter which was not even given, when I called ocean basket forest hill to advise them, the owner was totally rude, it does not mean that because it is a uber eats take out, that it needs to be done 20percent, it is a lot of money, and I would like to get my money back from those people as they are rude and the new owners at the place are terrible .
