Ocean Basket Fordsburg standards is POOR

I'm a sales rep so I travel the country, I've been to the Ocean Basket in Fordsburg twice as I was in the area for business, on both occasions I ordered take away's, disappointed even more the second time. On both occasions they never had all ingredients for sushi, I ordered a seafood platter for one the second time which was the worst quality of fish compared to other branches nationally, To top it all off the waiter after giving me my take aways asked me is there no tip for him? Ocean Basket Fordsburg gives the franchise a bad reputation...
