Ocean basket

Ocean basket emperors palace. On the 1st of January 2021 we arrive at ocean basket 8 PEOPLE FAMILY. After a long wait a waiter came to help us to take the order. We waited for almost 15 min for water and lemon. After she brought the water and lemon we were sitting next to the sushi bar then we saw flies on the sushi. My brother turned around and said to the guy at the back by the sushi bar how can you allow flies to sit on the food. He just ignored us at all. In this time of covid 19 where is your hygiene. Absolutely disgusted in the service we received from your manager. As we came from far and this is the treatment we got. Hoping for a nice meal for a family of 8 people. I hop this matter gets resolved URGENTLY!!!!!!!
