OCEAN BASKET - DO NOT PAY MUCH ATTENTION TO THEIR TAKE AWAY ORDERS

Very disappointing with my take away order.

I purchased a bar one milk shake to take away.

Instead of receiving the usual full sized milkshake with the ice cream on the top I received a slush puppy take away cup with my milkshake and not ice cream on the top.

When I informed the waiter that it was not fair for me to pay full price and receive half the product I paid for, she apologized and told me that they do not have take away cups for such milkshakes.

If that is the case then why not tell me that the item is not available as a take away option? Why allow me to order and then not deliver in accordance with proper standards ?

Very disgruntled to have received only half the product I ordered and for which I had paid full price.
