Ocean Basket do not honor there advertised prices

After waiting an incredibly long time for our drinks and lunch, with no waiter return to inquire if we would like a second drink and if the food is satisfactory, I receive the bill and notice the amount is higher than advertised. I inquire at the counter as to why to be told \oh you must have received one of the old menus". I accepted that (which I should never have done) and gave them my card.
