Ocean basket Cresta pathetic service

Ocean Basket Cresta still has the worst service ever. They have never failed to have the worst experience. We arrived here at 2pm today and ordered to platters. We waited 45min for our food to arrive. Not a surprise, they got our order wrong after 45min. We have 2 kids who was anxiously awaiting the food very hungry and they have pathetic service of getting it wrong. Mind you, they didn't even have the audacity to apologize. If you looking for a family restaurant to go to, don't take your family here. No customer ethics or service
