Ocean Basket Clearwater Mall - The Worst Meal Ever Seen!

On Sunday the 7th June 2020, I ordered from Ocean Basket from Mr D, after a pause during lockdown. The food that used to be delivered was always delicious and well presented until the ordered place on the 7th June. I still pull my face in disgust when I think of the incident or look at the pictures. Truly disappointing and disgusting. I ordered a Platter for two. The meal was old, burnt, poorly prepared and looked like left overs. The order was supposed to have Calamari, 12 prawn, mussels and fish. The fish was terribly burnt (from pictures it looked like rotten fish), there was only 5 prawns and the rest was smoosh and looked like it was chewed and spat out, there were no mussels at all and the chips and rice was old. They didn’t even send the small tubs of parmesan, chili, garlic etc. as used to. Also asked for Lemon butter and there was none. I have pictures available on request. Food was thrown away. Highly disgusted and disappointed in OCEAN BASKET!!!
