Ocean Basket Catle Gate worst service

I just came from the Ocean Basket in Castle Gate Waterkloof Ridge, was served by the most rude waitress I have ever come across, she is apparently called Precious (that is after I asked the manager what her name was). Skhumbuzo Ndlovu who is apparently the manager, did not address my issue with her at all. I was greeted by someone else at the door, after I was seated, she (the one who seated me) and this Precious person proceeded to point at me and giggle behind their counter. Then Precious came to bring my bread, did not bother greeting or introducing herself, didn't ask for my drunk order. Nothing! She was just dropping things on my table as if I'm not there. She gave me the nastiest look when I asked her to warm my bread. And when it came back l, the bread was upside down, clearly just thrown in the microwave. The manager just apologized on her behalf, and let her back to my table after I asked him to change my waiter.

I couldn't even finish my meal the way I was so angry, and they made me pay for it!

I'm completely appalled by the service I received here,and disappointed cause I always order uber eats from them, but after today, never again!
