Ocean basket canal walk deserves zero stars

Worst experience everrrr!!! Waited extremely long for food all the staff walked pass us not evn noticing we don't have food they more worried about the upper level customers and I definitely felt **************. Eventually 1 of 4 platters came and when I asked about the other 3 the person ignored me looking confused and walked away. After another wait the other 3 platters came bearing in mind nobody came to explain the situation while waiting. The 3 platters were disgusting to say the least compared to the 1st platter. I then called the manager don't remember his name but I know exactly who he is he admitted that it is visible with his eye that the platters differ and that the printer only printed one platter instead of 4 he offered 1 extra piece of fish when actually all 3 platters should have been replaced and a small portion of calamari and then left never saw him again didn't check up again nothing. We hardly evn ate because our appetite disappeared after waiting so long so we requested take away boxes and received cheap Styrofoam bowls one even broke and the waitress put cling wrap over it. I'm a regular customer at blue Route branch and they have beautiful branded take away boxes that evn keeps food warm so I expected better at canal walk. Not sure if the staff thought we didn't have money hence the bad treatment or if this is just the norm. Since the experience I submitted a Google review and completed 2 complaints forms online and still nobody responded!!!!!!
