Ocean Basket Camps Bay, shocking all round.

My partner and I arrived at Ocean Basket in Camps Bay, there were two tables occupied at the restaurant. The staff were talking at such a volume that we opted to sit outside in the wind. We ordered our drinks and food, my drink had particals inside of it and small bits of food, the glass itself looked unwashed with what I can only describe as grease marks from a previous customer. Our food came to the table almost cold, it was perhaps mildly warm. The chips were also mildly warm. We called our waiter who did apologize and took the food back to be reheated. The food naturally came back drier but also to our surprise still unacceptably cold. When my drink came back the glass was clean but there was a considerable amount less poured into it this time. At this point I told the waitress we were leaving and asked for the bill. She went and called the manager who was nowhere to be seen. He then came from upstairs and asked if I wanted the bill, I told him yes. He handed me a bill for the remaining items which we did not touch, not a single thing had passed our lips. I paid without saying a word as he clearly had no management abilities, know how to provide good service or problem solve.
