Ocean basket bad service

Southgate OB, arrived at 15:30 there's no stir fry ready, I ask for warm veggies the spinach is still being washed! I ask for the manager and the my waitress Patience tells me the manager is busy on the laptop and am I sure if I wanna talk to him. I was told 1 of the managers is coming. Waited for the manager for 33mins I had to call him myself. Not happy at all!
