Ocean Basket App Integration Needs Work

I placed an order via the OB app to be picked up at Ocean Basket Carnival city. When I arrived 30 minutes later to pick it up, not only was the food not ready, but they had not even heard of the order. I did receive an email about 11 hours later that they rejected the order.
