Ocean Basket - Allergic reactions - Health And Safety issues

I have been with my family to Ocean Basket Monte Casino yesterday and they have a serious Health and Safety issue. I often got o Mall Of Africa Ocean Basket and never have an issue. I am allergic to shellfish, so i always order grilled fish with top up calamari heads. Halfway through the calamari heads, i started getting chest pains and breaking out into an itch with lumps. Underneath the calamari heads, we found a prawn shell. I called the waiter and manager and they both confirmed it was a prawn shell and the waiter said they fry the prawns and calamari heads in the same place and it could have been a mistake. Later on, the manager denied that it was fried together. I was rushed to Dischem to get alergic tabs and it did not help. My wife drove me to Netcare hospital but due to Covid, there was no space. All this time, i have been battling to breath and lumps eveywhere. We had out 9 month baby with us. My wife then called emergency ambulance service, they came home and i took 4 injections, then rushed to Sunninghill hospital for more treatment and injections. I got home late that day. I called the Operations Director who promised to get the owner to resolve this. To date, no one has contacted me. I am no reporting Ocean Basket to Health and Safety department and I am going to the media on this
