Ocean backet Gold Reef city casino sucks , staff can't place orders correct lie etc spoilt our night out

<p>Went to Ocean Basket at Gold Reef City casino , on saturday 20/08/2016 , resturant was relatively full which could be expected as service there is usuallly top notch , however when we arrived we waited for over 10mins to be acknowledge , we were seated by a waitress who had no tag and opted not to provide her name , we asked for a ****tail menu , to which the response was what is that , once explained she looked on the touch screen menu and could not find it ab walked away , i asked the manage whose name is Clever , and he promised to get one . it never came , we order a fish and prawn combo , California rolls prawn as as starters for each of us , we had to settle for Kahlua dom pedro's as the waitress **** to us saying their blender was broken and no ****tails were availible even though other patrons were served ****tails after we were told this , to make matters worse , i was served my main and tried to call the waiter as she had someone from the kitchen bring the dish , we had no recieved our starters and waiter the better part of 10 mins until i called the manager Clever , who said to me "o **** i forget you ****tail menu " which was requested about an hour earlier , wives food came , both hers and my main were incorrect we were given fish and chips only no prawns , sushi came when we were almost done with main meals , food was incorrect manager never returned even on request , food was cold , **** to about drinks as staff is incompentent , worse suppe i took my wife for thanks for ruining a night out Ocean basket , Clever and Nameless waitress and the rest of the unhelpful staff on a terrible saturday night out.</p>
