Oceaan Basket Welkom at the Strip Smokers Den

There is no division between the smokers and non smoking areas. There is, but it is opened and the shades on the balcony closed. I am sitting in the furtherest corner of the restaurant and still have to smell every ones smoke. I moved tables twice already. If I didn't order, I would rather leave. I am sure this is not legal. Took photos and will report them if I find out where you can do that.
