Ocea Basket Umhlanga

This was the first time I went to this OB and it was TERRIBLE. the waiter was absolutely useless, we had to constantly ask her for the same things over and over again, our food order was wrong, she did not communicate that there would be extra charges for swapping out calamari for squid heads or an extra charge for more tarta sauce. She was not friendly, when we asked for things she never gave a response and just walked away. My sisters food was so so salty and my cousin's hake was so small not to mention the lady at the table next to us was also complaining about her food.

There are many people looking for jobs, rather hire chefs and waiters who are willing to work well.
