Sunday 03/03/24 - we went to ocean basket in lenasia and the service was terrible. It was a power outage and their fans weren't working. The waiter told us they were out of bread which they normally serve before the meal. My wife ordered a strawberry daiquiri and he came back to say he cannot make it as their is no ice available, however later on we seen another waiter giving ice to another table. I ordered a milkshake which was not even thick and was hot. We tipped the waiter but he threw the tip back on the table to us. We are really disappointed and did not have a good time. We do understand that power outages happen however they need to be prepared and offer their customers the best service.
