Not just bad food bad very bad staff

Went for Lunch as usual, hoping to receive a good tasting Meal, not worried ant the amount that needs to be spent, just wanted a good meal, the waiter brought my sons drink, hot as can be, passion fruit & lemon aid so hot served in this heat, than brought the food which was, some tasteless, some hard as rock & some that tasted almost off, called & explained that the food was not good, the so called manager asked them to fix what was wrong, with all the horrible taste my family & I lost all appetite deciding to take the food away after being so called fixed, on my way out just abt to pay for the worst meal ever I hear the waitress & cooks from the back mocking a customer who had just complained abt their meal, that for me was the most childish, pathetic & disgusting manner I have ever seen human behave, I could not resist but bring this pathetic behavior to the so called manager before continuing tpay, finally after a long while getting home, my kids hungry I gave them the food the suppose to be fixed, the food was just the same when we were there, in other words yes I was made a big fool, after even paying my bill of R400, my kids could not even eat the food, this is just sad behav
