not impressed customer

We get to ocean basket,we walk in as there were no one at the door to seat us. When we finally sit the table was in a state which the lady did not notice we had to advise to change the paper and neaten the table she never said anything she had just left. We had no waiter eventually after sitting for a few minutes we managed to track a waiter to assist us. The waiter took our orders, there after we got our drinks we waiting for a long time for the food. In the interim the waiter did not bother to bring us rolls we had to call another waiter to find out what was happening. He brought the rolls and after 10mins our food arrived. The food was terrible, we order x2 platter for 1, 1 prawn spcl and fish chips. The rice was watery, the prawns was undernourished, they was hardly any sauce on the prawns. The waiter literally left the food and there after out of sight while all of this was happening there were 2 managers just standing and looking i called 1 to get me hot sauce and he didnt even bother to check up if everything was ok. Worst service i ever received i will definitely not be going back there. The managers must check up on their customers. Very unhappy customer
