Not impressed by Customer service communication from Owen

<p>Good day, </p> <p>Yesterday (14/09/2016) at around 18:30 i made a takeaway order at Ocean Basket Sandton City then the lady i ordered from told me that it will be ready in 12 minutes which i had no problem with as i wanted to quickly go to Checkers Hyper for 30 minutes. On my return i got to the counter and Owen just gave one look never greeted or even asked if he could assist me he carried on with whatever he was busy with at the till mind you i was the only customer standing waiting there and looking lost amongst the seated customers, the lady who assisted me was busy organising a table for customers and i was fine with that. I then decided not to ask for help from him and once the lady was done which was 10 minutes later i asked her if my order was ready she then went upstairs to fetch it but took awhile to come down. Whilst waiting a walkin customer/s came and Owen went and asked them if they needed help . i was then annoyed by his ignorance and i actually confronted him that i have standing there for a while not even did he offer his assistance to me and he was just rude to me and told that isnt it that lady helping you out - i then flipped and told him that i will report him on hellopeter he swayed his hand to me and said go ahead and report me and tell hellopeter everything after that he stormed off and walked upstairs leaving me standing there still - i really did not appreciate him talking to me like that and also the service there in general is quiet slow and always. I always buy from there and was exceptionally happy with the service but yesterday that change my view of this branch.</p> <p>Please can this be escalated accordingly.</p> <p> </p>
