Not happy

I went to Ocean Basket at emperors palace lastnight and the only words i have is pathetic!!! Took 20minuits for our drinks witch was a beer and a milkshake aswell as they brought my food witch was wrong and then I had to ask three different waiters for the manager when he arives i air my complaints and if you think anything changed you wrong mt waiter just never came back and their was also a white manager who was useless just ease dropping on my conversation with the other manager and not doing a thing to top it off he was hardly in the shop as he kept on going to hooters and hitting on a girl how do i know this because before i went to Ocean Basket i was at hooters but left due to no service and while i was their i noticed the gent was in and out two times hitting on the girl infrount of me.
