Not geting for what we ask

On Thursday last week my wife and i when to eat at Stonehenge ocean basket . when we tried to order platter for one we where told we can not change the fish for extra calamari .Is this a new rule as per waiter said to me this come from the manager . my wife and i eat at this ocean basket every second Friday because they make good food and have excellent service . we Left and when to eat at Spur .
