NOT A CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Just visited OB in Blue Route. After waiting over 20 minutes by the counter for someone to assist us! No one acknowleged us for standing there! Not even to say that someone will be with us shortly! During our wait, a family walked by and asked if we were assisted, and he said that they waited for over 30 minutes and no one assisted them, so they walked away. I always enjoy visiting OB, this was my first time at this branch. And this is the kind of service we receive. We eventually just left. Who knows how many customers you lost. But you just lost valuable clients! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! THEY SHOULD BE PUT UNDER MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION!!
