Non delivery on quality OR promises

So, the saga continues After a less than appetising experience at Ocean Basket Blue Hills I complained and i got a call. Oh i will have some vouchers at Ocean Basket Sandridge for me in a few weeks and i will get a call to collect. Guess what - it is SEVEN MONTHS later and I AM STILL WAITING. Seems Ocean basket can deliver ON NOTHING - NOT EVEN A PROMISE
