no sushi after 1hr

My family and I visited ocean basket knysna and ordered a sea food platter for two and sushi. The seafood platter arrived and an 45 min later still no sushi. At that point I asked the waiter what's the delay. Her response was there was no boiled rice and therefore no sushi available. This all during peak lunch. No apology from manager. Waiter enquired whether I would like to order something else , but after waiting for 45 min with no food I think that was a pathetic option. <br> Really disappointed
