No service at Ocean Basket Cresta Crossing

I visited Ocean Basket Cresta Crossing on Friday, 25 March. We arrived at about 7:10. We were taken to our table and given menus. By 7:30, not a single waiter/waitress took drink orders or meal orders. My family and I watched as waiters served people that came after us. I reported this to the people at the till point and was told that our they were going to take our orders shortly. I told them that their service was ridiculous and I watched as they served others that came after us. We subsequently left and found somewhere else to eat. I usually eat at Ocean Basket and get takeaways. After my experience, I don’t think Ocean Basket deserves me as a customer. Really disappointed in the service Ocean Basket. You can do way better!!!
