no lunch and just lies from them all

Good service turned into the most traumatic experience ever. Up until today I never received my order which I placed before 2pm for lunch. Taz told Me a second time my order is on its way. At the same time another waiter approaches us and said the kitchen never got my order and that was more than two hours ago. I phoned and spoke to ashlene and she would call me back in the morning. I made the call myself after 6pm and the manager told me as soon as I hang up the phone will ring and it will be ashlene. It's 20:46 and still no call. I'm a regular customer but hey if my business is not being recognised I'd gladly go somewhere else with my r259 platter and sushi dishes. Seems you can afford to lose clientele.
